During our recent stay at the Sao Paulo Higienopolis, we were delighted by the excellent service and attention to detail. We received a warm welcome from the hotel manager and were actually surprised by the thoughtful room decoration and personalized touches. The location of the hotel is also highly convenient, with easy access to a fantastic shopping center and good restaurants nearby. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great stay here in this luxurious and comfortable hotel. Located in a beautiful and safe area, this place offers high-quality services such as room amenities and free Wi-Fi. The staff was very polite and helpful, providing excellent service from the 24-hour reception to the room service and laundry. They even gave us a welcome drink upon our arrival.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and gym, were great and provided a great way to relax and stay fit. Parking was easily accessible and convenient. The location of the hotel in a beautiful area near a fantastic shopping center with good restaurants made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. We were also actually surprised by the live music in the restaurant, which added a lively atmosphere to our evenings.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near a fantastic shopping center with good restaurants. Guests can easily explore the surrounding areas, whether it be the shore or mountains, or even visit a nearby waterfall. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with amenities such as free WiFi and a swimming pool where you can actually swim.
The check-in process could be improved, as there were long wait times and issues with electronic keys.

The location was perfect, close to a shopping center. The lobby and courtyard were pleasant. The room with a balcony was worth it. Gym equipment was adequate. Staff were unbelievable. The restaurant and room service were excellent.
